Every piece is crafted with precision, care, and premium materials to ensure you feel your best in every wear.

However, if you happen to receive a product that isn’t up to expectations, we’ve made our Return & Exchange Policy simple and transparent.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy for Bikinis

Bikinis are part of the ‘intimate wear’ category, where hygiene and safety are our top priorities.
However, at Mordenline, we understand that issues can occur, and we offer a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
You contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

You record a complete unboxing video (unedited, no cuts, from the moment you open the package until the product is fully shown).

This video is mandatory to process any damage or defect claims.
The bikini is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging intact.
The product must be in the same condition as received — any signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage will make it ineligible.
A return/exchange handling fee of ₹250 will apply, payable by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and unboxing video.
Once verified, our team will provide you with the return shipping address.
Ship the product back using a reliable courier. (Pickup is not arranged by Mordenline.)
After inspection, we will:
Send your replacement (in case of exchange), or
Issue a store credit of the product value (in case of approved return).

Non-Eligible Cases

Your return or exchange request will not be accepted if:
The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
The unboxing video is missing, edited, or unclear.
The product is used, washed, damaged, or without hygiene liners/tags.
You’ve purchased during a sale, offer, or discount (all sale items are final).

No Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy.
In approved cases, you will receive an exchange or store credit (valid for future purchases).
Refunds to original payment methods will not be processed under any circumstances.
