At Mordenline, we are committed to delivering your favorite swimwear safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. Every order is carefully packed to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and reflect the premium experience you expect from us.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details.

⚠️ During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Mordenline currently delivers across India through trusted logistics partners including:

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational delays

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Mordenline shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that your:

  • Full shipping address

  • Pin code

  • Contact number

are accurate at the time of placing the order.

⚠️ Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailability

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

A re-shipping charge of ₹250 will apply for re-dispatching the order.

Delivered But Not Received

If the courier tracking shows the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

Packaging

Every Mordenline order is packed in a secure, tamper-proof, and eco-conscious packaging to protect your products during transit.

If you notice:

  • Damaged outer packaging

  • Torn packaging

  • Signs of tampering

Please:

  1. Refuse to accept the package (if possible).

  2. Contact our support team immediately.

Pre-Orders & Delayed Shipments

For pre-order products:

  • Orders will be dispatched once the product becomes available.

  • The estimated shipping date will be communicated during purchase or order confirmation.

International Shipping

Currently, Mordenline ships only within India.
