At Mordenline, we’re committed to delivering your favorite bikinis quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.
Each order is packed with care and love, ensuring you receive the premium quality you expect from us.
Please read our detailed shipping policy below to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

Shipping Across India

We deliver pan-India through trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Other cities/towns: 4–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

You can use this link to monitor the live status of your shipment.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided are accurate and complete.

Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.

In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges ₹250 will apply.

If the courier marks the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, kindly notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
We’ll help you investigate the issue with our delivery partners.

Packaging

Every Mordenline order is packed in a tamper-proof, eco-conscious mailer to protect your product during transit.
If you notice any damage or tampering with the outer packaging, please:

Refuse to accept the package, and

Inform our team immediately at hello@mordenline.com or +91 99240 04847(Call / WhatsApp) with photos and your order ID.

International Shipping

Currently, Mordenline ships only within India.
We are working to expand our reach and will soon launch international shipping to selected countries.

Pre-Order & Delayed Shipping

If you’ve placed a pre-order, your order will be shipped once the product is in stock.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.

In rare cases of manufacturing or courier delays, our team will proactively inform you via email or WhatsApp.
