Return & Replacement Delivery Time

No Returns:
Due to hygiene reasons, we have a strict no-return policy. Products cannot be returned once delivered.

Replacement:

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we cannot accept replacement requests.
Please share the reason for replacement along with a video showing the product being repacked.
The customer must send the product to our location. We do not provide pickup from the customer’s location.
A ₹200 replacement delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide a coupon code for the same amount paid. No cash or bank refund will be provided.
The coupon will be valid for 1 year from the delivery date and can be used on a future purchase.
